Laurie participates in all aspects of the firm’s executive search process including candidate research, position development, client management, and recruiting. With more than 15 years in health care consulting and management, she offers a valuable perspective to our non-profit clients. In addition to her professional experience, Laurie has served on foundation boards and is an active community leader.
Laurie brings extensive professional experience to the Higher Talent team. She began her career as a management consultant at a leading health care firm. As a senior administrator at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital and Georgetown University Medical Center, she was responsible for all aspects of management, including human resources and recruitment, financial and strategic planning, and operations improvement. Laurie has worked as an independent consultant for Georgetown University Medical Center and Capital Link, and researched funding opportunities and wrote grant proposals for The Children’s Inn at NIH.
